ACEO *Red Geranium Blossom w/Leaf* - SOLD
All winter long, I've nursed this geranium plant in my kitchen window, pushing it along toward Spring. Now the blossoms are magnificent, and when I knocked one off while watering the plant, I just had to preserve it in an ACEO watercolor painting, along with an interesting leaf from the same plant. So here it is, forever beautiful, in an ACEO watercolor painting. Photographed outdoors against a blue card, the colors are vivid and quite true. The ACEO will be inserted into an archival plastic sleeve (without the blue card of course). The painting is initialled on the front, signed and dated on the back along with the name of the painting and the date. It is slightly sprayed with a fixative for protection. Sold on eBay, thank you.

ACEO *Purple Primrose with Butterflies* original painting, 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
Primroses are selling at bargain prices at the grocery now, and this one caught my eye because it was the only purple one left. Enclosed in an archival plastic sleeve. Artist Mildred Davis. Sold on eBay, thank you.

ACEO *Two Tulips* in soft pastel - SOLD

ACEO 2.5 x 3.5 inches in soft pastel. These two tulips, on my kitchen window sill in the morning sunlight, are a wonderful reminder that spring is on its way! I placed them in a blue tulip glass, cradled there against the bright dawn sky. Some of the petals have opened very wide, showing the center inside. So pretty... but much more so in person! Sold on eBay auction, thank you.

ACEO *One Pink Tulip* Original Painting - SOLD

ACEO *One Pink Tulip* Original Painting in watercolor on 140-lb watercolor paper, 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
Thoughts of Spring are in our minds along with the actual bitter winter winds and snow, so it's time for a Spring Break with painting! Light and bright with a soft blue spring sky, this lovely pink tulip stretches it's head above my windowsill, seeking the warm sunlight. A purchase of such a bouquet, pink with white and yellow at the tops and bottoms of the tulips, almost gone now ~ but this last one was preserved forever in watercolor... Signed and dated on the back with the title and medium used. Coated in clear matte finish for protection. Arrives with an archival plastic sleeve for preservation. Artist: Mildred Davis, and thanks for looking!

*Red Pear with Leafy Branch* - SOLD

*Red Pear with Leafy Branch* original painting 4x4
Painted in acrylics on smooth gessoed masonite, this red pear was purchased from a display at the grocery because of it's beautiful coloring ~ painted standing in a corner of my counter, with light coming from the window to the right. The pear is actually a luscious darker red than the photo shows. Our weather today was not the best for picture-taking. Background is made up of light green with a touch of blue, and a little pale yellow ochre. Simple and lovely, in a realistic style, and brush-coated with a satin finish for protection. Would look well in a 4x4 lined frame. Signed on the front and also on the back with title and medium used. Click title above to bid on eBay, thank you.
